Who are we?
We are a travel agency based in the north of Mallorca. We started operations in 2003 by conducting, organised English-speaking excursions around the island to see various popular sights, parks and shows. Now, in 2011 we are the largest independent excursion operator in the north of the island. We now offer various excursion programmes in different languages. We also have a dedicated sales team manning our four sales outlets in Port Alcudia and Port Pollensa.

We provide a wide range of experiences for groups, couples, young people and family parties, including: Transport solutions, Sightseeing tours, Transfers, events, walking groups, Etc

Our Growth
During our first year in operation we took 12000 holiday-makers on excursions. As this was our “break though” season, we were very pleased with this figure, especially after being confronted with many tricky obstacles as a new business. In the following years our business has grown along with our good reputation for providing high quality tours at a competitive price. In 2007 we took 32000 holiday-makers on excursions and in 2008, a year of drastic change in the market, which saw many businesses struggle, we increased (albeit slightly) Now we are the largest wholesale supplier of day tours in our marketplace.

Our recent Achievements
Recently we have added some new products to our programme which have been very successful. One of these are out Rural Mallorca excursion which gives holiday-makers the chance to visit little known areas and discover a forgotten Mallorca as well as experiencing hands-on the local cuisine. The other is a tour that runs every day taking people to see Palma, the capital. This is a very simple and good value for money excursion meeting the needs of those who wish to see the capital.

Plans for the future
We continually try to add new and exciting trips to our programme every year and we have some exciting plans for the near future, including:
  • Possibly opening more sales outlets due to the success of current shops.
  • We are constantly updating our website and social media, paying specific attention to a recent Trip Advisor campaign that we will continue to develop.
  • Developing and promoting an on-line booking system to increase our level of customer service.
  • Analysing the possibility of introducing tablets in points of sale where clients can make the booking themselves.
